Matching words with action on taking the welfare of players as his top priority, the General Manager and CEO of Rangers International Football Club of Enugu, Mr Amaobi Ezeaku on Friday paid a visit to recuperating Ugochukwu Ugwuoke who underwent knee Surgery

The midfield maestro is recovering from a knee surgery he went through recently and was visited by the Chief Executive Officer/General Manager of the club, Barrister Amobi Ezeaku in company of the Techincal Adviser, Coach Fidelis Ezeaku and few other officials.

The player who was excited at the visit, thanked the new boss of Rangers and the entourage for the visit and taking care of the medical bills.

Ugochukwu said, “I am very surprised even when I was expectant of this visit. You have continued to show that we are one strong family in Rangers. I hope to pay back this show of love when I am fully recovered and certified by the medical personnel.”

On the visit were; Alli Suleman, Chief-Coach; Emeka Ike, Coordinator; Norbert Okolie; Media/communication officer.

Meanwhile, the Flying Antelopes hawill arrive Ikenne in Ogun State today as they confront Remo Stars in matchday 2 of the 2023/2024 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL season.

The seven-time league champions began the campaign with a 2-1 win against visiting Doma United on Saturday last week.
