Super Eagles and Lomotive of Moscow defender, Brayan Idowu has pulled out of the matchday 1 and 2 of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON double qualifiers against Benin and Lesotho, Bestchoicesports.com.ng can report.

Idowu will not be available for the two matches due to visa issues.

However, Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr has called Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL Cahmpions, Enyiimba of Aba’s defender Ifeanyi Anaemena as a replacement.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will open their 2021 AFCON qualifiers against Benin in Uyo on Wednesday November 13, 2019 will fly out to face Lesotho on Sunday, November 17, 2019.

The Gernot Rohr led lads previously missed out at the 2015 and 2017 editions of the tournament but bounced back in 2019 with a bronze medal to their credit.
