The new President of Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau has been urged to create enabling environment for grassroots football development in the country.

A former NFF Presidential aspirant, Mr Marcello Anyanwu gave the charge in his congratulatory message to the new NFF supremo.

Mr Anyanwu who is the president, King David Footballing Pathways Limited, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, noted that Mr Gusau will bring his wealth of experience to effect the desired change in Nigeria football.

“We the entire staff and management of KingDavid Footballing pathways limited Congratulates you on your resound victory in the NFF presidential election.

“We know you will bring the desired change to Nigerian football and build a
formidable structure for grassroot football development” the statement said.

Meanwhile, the former MFM FC coach has thanked the football stakeholders who stood by him before and during the election adding that he will not toy with his vision for Nigeria football as he is ready to continue to do his best in order to add value and breathe a fresh air into Nigeria football.
