Super Eagles striker, Odion Jude Ighalo have opened his goal accounts with his new club Al Hilal, he was on target on Sunday as the Saudi Arabia champions demolished Al Jazira 6-1 in the 2021 FIFA Club World Cup, can report.

Ighalo scored his first goal for his new club, an 36th minute equaliser for the AFC Champions League winners as they went on rampage and hammered their Asian counterparts 6-1 in the night

It was also a debut goal for the former Manchester United striker even as he becomes the first Nigerian player to score in the club World Cup.

Odion Ighalo made a triumphant start in the blue of Al Hilal by helping send his new team through to face Chelsea in the Club World Cup in Abu Dhabi.
