Global football governing body, FIFA has poured ecomium on former Super Falcons goalkeeper, Precious Dede as she tutors the Indian U-17 Female national team, Bestchoicesports.com.ng can report


FIFA on Monday posted a picture of the two-time Africa Women Cup of Nation’s, AWCON winner along with two Indian U-17 goalkeepers on the Twitter handle with the following accompanying statement

Precious Uzoaru Dede made 99 appearances for the Super Falcons and formerly played for several clubs including Delta Queens FC, Ibom Queens and Arna-Bjørnar of Norway.


Dede was in the Falcons squads over the years, including the Women’s World Cup tournaments of 2003, 2007, 2011, 2015; the Olympic tournaments of Sydney 2000, Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008, and the African Women’s Championship tournaments of 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2014, winning it twice (2010, 2014).


Former Super Falcons coach, Thomas Dennerby, it could be recalled, appointed Dede as his goalkeeper assistant for the Indian U-17 female national team in 2019.
