Manchester United striker, Odion Ighalo has been unveiled as Dettol brand Ambassador, Bestchoicesports.com.ng can report.

The unveiling was done on Friday, August 21, 2020.

The former Super Eagles striker who put his followers on Twitter on suspense over the unveiling after tweeting “I have a Cool announcement to make! Stay tuned!” around 4pm later confirmed the big deal to the followers.

He later came back to announce the deal stating “Guess who just joined the cool team, you guessed right, me!

“Want to be cool? Join me on the #DettolCoolTeam.”

Ighalo was delighted after he becomes the latest ambassador to Nigerian brand Dettol.

The 31-year-old Nigerian star moved to Old Trafford during the January transfer window’s deadline day on loan from the Chinese Super League side Shanghai Shenhua.

Ighalo has since found the back of the net five times and provided one assist in 18 appearances across all competitions.

The 2019 Africa Cup of Nations Golden Boot winner took to his Twitter handle to reacts with the new endorsement deal with Dettol.

Ighalo finishes the 2019-20 season as Manchester United fifth top scorer behind Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood, and Bruno Fernandes.
