Nigeria’s former U-17 midfielder, Kelechi Nwakali will play in Spanish LaLiga from next season following the promotion of his club Huesca back to the Spanish topflight league on Friday, Bestchoicesports.com.ng can report.

Huesca, it could be recalled was relegated from La Liga at the end of last season.

The 22 year old Nwakali captained Nigeria’s U-17 squad to glory in the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup winning the Golden Ball Award.

The midfielder joined Arsenal shortly after that heroics but never make a first team apperance.

He has since been on loan to MVV Maastricht and VVV-Venlo, both Dutch sides, and later Portusuese club Porto B before signing a three-year contract with Huesca last September 2.

He has made three substitute appearances for the club this season.
