Nigeria Friday lost a second straight match at the ongoing 2020 Africa Handball Nation’s Cup, in Gabon. Bestchoicesports.com.ng can report

The result means that the male team has crashed out of the tournament title run and will go for classification should they be in their last group match

Nigeria who lost her opening match against Angola couldn’t hold it together as they lost their second match of the Africa Handball Nations Cup to Gabon.

The Nigeria senior male handball team slimly lost the two half’s of the match 14-13 and 12-11 respectively against the Gabonese in what was a close game but came short of the required tactical awareness to win the match.

Nigeria has therefore gone out of reckoning for qualification in group B as the other match of the group saw Angola defeating Libya 20-19.

Nigeria’s next match is against Libya and a win would put the side in better place ahead of the classification games.
