Spanish La Liga side, Real Sociedad will, all things being equal, unveil Super Eagles striker, Umar Sadiq on transfer deadline day.

The La Liga transfer window will shut by 10:59pm local time today and hope is rift that Umar will be unveiled as Sociedad player ahead of the curtain fall.

European transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano claims that the Europa League campaigners have booked medical test with Umar stressing that paperworks are being prepared.

Umar’s transfer move is estimated at €20 million deal plus add-ons

“Real Sociedad have booked medical tests for Umar Sadiq in the morning. Paperwork being prepared with Almeria on €20m deal plus €6m add-ons completed on Wednesday night.

“Sadiq will sign a long-term deal in the next hours,” Fabrizio said.

Sadiq Umar’s expected move to Real Sociedad is considered an upgrade from UD Almería which he helps gain promotion into the elite league. He has scored two times this season.
