Nigeria and Napoli of Italy striker, Victor Osimhen has dropped a hint that he could be joining a Premier League club next season.

Osimhen who is currently with his national team, Super Eagles at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations AFCON 2023 in Ivory Coast where they have reached the knockout stage, said on Tuesday that although he signed a new contract with the Serie A champions, he has his plans made already.

“I have already made my decision on the next step to do at the end of the season. I already made up my mind”.

“I already have my plan, I know what I want to do, the next step I want to take. It’s all very clear in my plans”.

“I think 60% of the people mention the rumours about me linked with the Premier League for next season,” the Africa Footballer of the Year said in interview.

Osimhen, 25 years old, described the Premier League as one of the biggest leagues in the world adding that he wants to finish Italian Serie A season “very strong” with his club, Napoli

“I want to finish the season with Napoli strong then come up with the decision I’ve already made”, told CBS.

The forward who recently signed a one year extension with Napoli till 2025 June, has a release clause of €120/130m.

Premier League giants, Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United as well as Real Madrid have been previously linked with the Sere A Golden Boot winner.
