The Air Officer Commanding Ground Training Command Nigeria Air Force Enugu State, Air Vice Marshall Frank Opara was welcomed with a Golf kitty and the unveiling of the Nigeria air Force hole 11 at the Enugu golf club over the weekend.

In his interview with the media the Air Officer Commander (AOC) said the Chief of Air staff, Air Marshall Isiaka Amao who was represented by Air Vice Marshall Cletus Udeagulu the Chief of Communication Information Systems (CCIS) NAF HQ, who performed the official unveiling of the Air Force hole at the club together with members of course 36 of the Nigeria defense academy Kaduna has been supportive to men of the force by encouraging sporting activities which has made Nigeria Air force one of the major producers of sports men and women for the nation.

The kitty was well attended by members of course 36 of the Nigeria defense academy which includes Air vice Marshall Olusegun Philip, Air Vice Marshall Yinka Alade Maj Gen HPZ vintenaba.

Gen Onigita discribed General Opara as a man of uprightness who believes in equal justice to all human being In respective of were you are from.

Col Achkasim of the Nigeria Army said the junior officers are emulating the foot steps of General Opara who Sees and bring out the best in his men and officers which has made him succeed at every position he has been deployed to in the force.

Collaborating him, Air Commodore Anthony Nwake said General Opara has way of bring out the best of the office and men under this command he is a Commander who wants his officer and men to succeed in their verious assignment assign to them by providing the needed logistics and back up for them to succeed.

Other dignitaries included Major General Bob Chukwu rtd, representative of the Commissioner of Police Enugu State, Captain’s of Industry, other notable golfers and well wishers of the AOC where present to grace the event.
