Al Ahly, 2019/2020 CAF Champions League winner will battle Qatar Stars League champion, Al Duhail.

The 2020 FIFA Club World Cup draw which was concluded on Tuesday paired Al Ahly to face Qatar’s Al Duhail, in one of the quarterfinals.

The winner between Al Duhail vs Al Ahly will take on Champions League winners and Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.

In the other quarterfinal, Tigres will take on Asian Champions Ulsan Hyundai with the winner of the tie coming up against either Palmeiras or Santos who face off in the Copa Libertadores final on the 30th of January in the semis.

The matches will take place in the week 4-11 February in Qatar.

Junior Ajayi joined the Egyptian giants in the summer of 2016 and have helped the club to win laurels including the 2020 CAF Champions League crown as well as the Egyptian League glory in the 2019/2020 season.

The former Shooting Stars FC of Ibadan player won bronze with the Nigeria Olympic team at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio, Brazil.
