Plateau State Teqball Association Inaugurates Committee For Maiden State, National Championships

Barely a week after the Home of Peace and Tourism was granted the approval by the Nigeria Teqball Federation, NIGTEQ, The Plateau State Teqball Association, Plateq has constituted organising committee for the Maiden National Teqball Challenger.
Plateq Chairman, Mr Miri Timnan Nyantau (MTN) inaugurated the local organizing committee for the National Teqball Challenger Cup and Plateau State Table of Peace Teqball tournament.
The 13-man Local Organizing Committee has Bolcit Barshep Lar, a seasoned event planner on the Plateau famously known for organizing Jos Trade Fair and Plateau United victory party in 2017, as its Chairman and is expected to see to the smooth organization and running of the two competitions and AGM which are billed for June 28th to July 4th and July 26th to 1st August 2021 respectively.
The Plateq Chairman commissioned the committee to ensure that no stone is left unturned to ensure a memorable tournament which will become a beacon for the organization of tournaments in Nigeria.
Clubs from all over the nation are expected to converge on the Plateau in July for the National Challenger Competition as well as the Annual General Meeting of the National Teqball Association.
Accepting the onerous task on behalf of her committee members, Bolcit Barshep Lar promised to ensure a smooth organization of the competitions and the AGM with the active cooperation of members.
She swung into action immediately by paying a courtesy call on the Director of Sports, Plateau State Sports Council, Simon Moven, to intimate him of her assignment and also to introduce her committee members to him and his team.
The Director promised to offer the committee all the necessary assistance it can, and also provide an enabling environment for the competitions and AGM to be hosted successfully on the Plateau
