English Football League 2 side Barrow AFC attacking midfielder, Sean Etaluku has stated that it would be a dream come true to wear the Nigeria national team jersey.

Born of Nigeria parents, Etaluku who joined the club at the beginning of this season, is eligible to play for the West Africans and he is looking forward to doing just that.

“It would be a dream come through to wear the green and white jersey of Nigeria some day. My parents are Nigerians,

“The Nigeria rooted culture of the south-South is very visible in our house”, he disclosed.

The 20 years old, known for his exceptional attacking and goalscoring abilities and strong work ethic, proved his worth on the pitch for Barrow AFC reserve last weekend against North County.

Throughout the game against s displayed excellent ball interception skills, precise passing, and remarkable tactical awareness. His performance caught the attention of the spectators and the coaching staff, who were highly impressed by his abilities.

Sean Etaluku is both eligible to play for the Super Eagles and the Nigeria U-23 Olympic Team

“It’s every player’s dream to play for his/her country of birth. I’m really looking to play for Nigeria.”
